Vodacom users are complaining because of the spike in tariffs announced by the mobile network provider.The announcement was spoken about by some many users online expressing their disdain for the updates.

- 7GB Valid for 30 days R365
- 12 GB valid for 30 days R499
- 18 GB valid for 30 days R549
- 40 GB valid for 30 days R712
- 60 GB valid for 30 days R799

Even though the public is speaking about this assumption in a light-hearted manner vodacom has been severely hit.
Little is being said about the improvement these new tariffs will have on the quality of the service they all already receive. An assumption could be that they are purposefully making their services less inclusive or more targeted at a certain audience.
