The Pretoria High court has rejected Speaker Nosiviwe Mapisa Nqakula’s urgent application to prevent the NPA and SAPS from arresting her on corruption charges. Nosiviwe has tried to didge authorities with an attempt to evade prosecution for not only corruption but for defending corruption. The United Democratic Movement President Bantu Holomisa issued this statement:

“The United Democratic Movement) UDM welcomes the decision of the Pretoria High court on the Urgent application filed by National Assembly Speaker, Nosiviwe Mapisa  Nqakula. We wrote to the Joint Standing Committee on Defence on 25 March 2021 about allegations that she received several payments over 5 million between 2017 and 2018 from at least one company that had contracts with the South African National Defence Force when she served as minister of Defence. I was told to take my accusations to the police, I did and here we are waiting for Mapisa Nqkula to do the same.”

NoSiviwe has never been trusted by the general public. Last month her house got raided by Police. Her application that she presided over was the same process that protected Ramaphosa. Since the motion is denied she is on her own.

Holomisa’s final words were that She must spare us this business of no confidence in the National Assembly Speaker. We are busy campaigning. Mapisa Nqakula must present herself to SAPS finish and KLAAR!
